Saudi, Qatari, and Egyptian Communications to Discuss De-escalation in the Region
Saudi Foreign Minister Prince Faisal bin Farhan held talks with Qatari and Egyptian counterparts to discuss regional de-escalation and diplomatic solutions.
Prince Faisal bin Farhan bin Abdullah, the Saudi Minister of Foreign Affairs, held phone conversations with Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al Thani, the Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of Qatar, and Dr. Badr Abdel Aty, the Minister of Foreign Affairs and Immigration and Egyptians Abroad in the Arab Republic of Egypt.
During these calls, they discussed the current developments in the region and ways to continue and support efforts aimed at de-escalation and enhancing diplomatic solutions. This is to ensure the security and safety of the waterways in the Arabian Gulf and the Red Sea, and to maintain the security and stability of the region.
