Security patrols in the holy city of Mecca have arrested three Indonesian residents for their involvement in fraudulent activities by posting fake advertisements offering Hajj services on social media platforms.
They were found in possession of cash, computers, and counterfeit Hajj permits. The individuals have been detained, and legal procedures have been initiated against them, with their case referred to the Public Prosecution.
The General Security has urged all citizens and residents to adhere to Hajj regulations and report any violations by calling 911 in the regions of Mecca, Medina, Riyadh, and the Eastern Province, and 999 in other regions of the Kingdom.
