Bahrain Defense Intercepts and Destroys Iranian Aerial Attacks, Heightens Combat Readiness

The General Command of the Bahrain Defense Force announced on Thursday that its air defense systems intercepted and destroyed several Iranian aerial attacks, affirming that its weapons and units are at the highest level of readiness to protect the kingdom.

The command explained that its forces confronted the attacks with firm resolve and high combat readiness, warning citizens and residents to stay away from any foreign or suspicious objects that might be remnants of the attacks, and urging them to report such objects immediately.

It confirmed the readiness of field teams to handle these objects safely and technically to ensure public safety, emphasizing that the use of missiles and drones to target civilians and private property constitutes a blatant violation of international humanitarian law.

The General Command expressed pride in the vigilance and advanced combat readiness demonstrated by the members of the Bahrain Defense Force in fulfilling their duty and defending the homeland.
