Makkah hospitals achieved record emergency response times of under 5 minutes during Hajj 1447, aligning with Saudi Vision 2030.

Makkah and the Holy Sites hospitals, part of the Makkah Health Cluster, have set record response times for emergency cases during the Hajj season of 1447, with response times estimated at less than 5 minutes. These efforts are part of the initiatives to enhance the efficiency of health services provided to the pilgrims, in line with the objectives of the Saudi healthcare model and the Health Sector Transformation Program, one of the Saudi Vision 2030 programs.

Performance indicators showed that all hospitals recorded rapid response times of less than 5 minutes in emergency departments, reflecting the readiness of the Health Holding Company and health clusters, as well as the efficiency of health and administrative staff in promptly handling emergency cases.

These results are due to the integration of efforts between health staff, operational services, and modern medical technologies, contributing to the enhancement of healthcare quality and the safety of pilgrims in Makkah and the Holy Sites.

The Health Holding Company is a national entity providing comprehensive and integrated healthcare through 20 health clusters, aiming to serve the Kingdom's residents through a human-centered healthcare model.
